Wipha and I haven't been preaching the gospel as much recently because we haven't been out and about much. This is because we have been having some car problems. Christ's command to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)." can be interpreted to mean, "Preach the gospel as you go." Well, since we haven't been going much we haven't been preaching the gospel much (But we do preach it as we go.)
Yesterday we told about six people at WalMart (The two greeters at the entrances, a cashier and the young lady standing in back of us at the check-out counter, a new worker in the sporting goods section and a hispanic man stocking the shelves on one of the food aisles (I told him the good news in Spanish.). We also told the good news to some at Cracker Barrel last Sunday and a few other places, teaching a few to preach the gospel as well.
Since the last Good news report I have written two more papers that I will attach. God bless.

Thank-you for your kind offer. We don't need it, however. What you can do for us is to tell the good news to others. Most people already know the good news that "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4)." but there is a big difference between knowing and believing. We give others the opportunity to believe on Christ and be born of God by preaching the gospel to them. "For it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching (which means to tell anothers the good news in person with our mouth) to save them that believe (Mk 16.15, 1 Cor 1.21 & 4.15 and Eph 6.19). Thanks again for your offer to help.
God bless, Harry & Wipha
Once again (I've said it a thousand times), to preach the gospel simply ask another if they have heard the good news and tell them - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)."

Thank you Pastor Harry. I do spread the word of God each day because of your strong support and my love of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who died for our sins.
God Bless you and Wipha.

By 'spreading the word of God' do you mean preaching the gospel (telling the good news)? In my vocabulary there is a difference between the two.
When we try to tell a person who has not been born again (the natural man) the things of the spirit of God (the word of God) they do not receive it, nor can they. In fact, it is foolishness to them because it is spiritually discerned (See 1 Cor 2.14). Christ said - ""Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, let they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you (Mt 7.6)."
On the other hand, Christ commands us to "preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)" because it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes (see Rom 1.16)." Preaching the gospel allows another to believe on Christ and be born of the Spirit (Jn 3.5-6). Then they can receive the things of the Spirit of God. We can preach the entire word to them and teach them to preach the gospel as well. Make sense?
You are probably tired of me explaining what the gospel is and how to preach it in every letter so instead I will attach a paper for you to read that I wrote entitled PREACH IT!.

Remember: Christ said that if we love him keep his commandments (Jn 15.15). By preaching the gospel to others as he has commanded us to do we show love to Christ and to our neighbor, thus fulfilling the two great commands to love God and to love our neighbor (Mt 22.37-39).
I took the liberty to send a blind copy of this e-mail to my mailing list. I hope you don't mind.
