THE BLESSED HOPE

"Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ (Titus 2.13)."

When the gospel has been preached to every person in every nation the end will come and Christ will return and take us to be with him forever (Mk 16.15, Mt 24.14 & 30-31 and 1 Thes 4.13-18).

Preaching the gospel is the most rewarding work on earth, for we turn the world right-side up and speed the return of Christ to take us to be with him forever (SeeIMAGINE on www.preach-the-gospel.org.). But for this to be accomplished we must all preach the gospel. Christ pays wages to them that reap in his harvest. I recommend that we all stop serving the money God and start preaching the gospel (and teaching them that believe how to preach it (See THE RAT RACE and THE MONEY GOD on www.preach-the-gospel.org.).

It is so simple to preach the gospel that a child can do it. In fact, children are more willing than adults to preach it once they have been taught how. It's simple. Just ask another if they have heard the good news (Gospel means good news.) and tell them - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4). This same gospel that the Apostle Paul received and preached saves every one that believes when we tell it to them in person with our mouth (Rom 1.16, 1 Cor 1.21 & 4.15 and Eph 6.19-20 and Col 4.3-4).

Keep in mind that by preaching the gospel we are turning our world right-side up and speeding Christ's return (Our blessed hope). Christ tells - "Labour not for the meat that perishes, but for that meat which endures to everlasting life , which the Son of man shall give to you: for him hath God the Father sealed (Jn 6.27)." But how will our capitalistic economy survive if nobody is working outside of preaching the gospel. What's more important, the return of Christ or our economy? God is bigger than our economy! Our nation will survive and thrive only to the extent that the gospel is preached. More importantly we look for that blessed hope and glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ (Titus 2.13).

When will it happen? Nobody knows. But we do know that it will not occur until that gospel has been preach to every person in every nation. So we need to be about our Lord's business of preaching the gospel and teaching them that believe to preach it (Mk 16.15 & Mt 28.20).

Are you willing to trust Jesus? Then stop serving the money god and join us in preaching the gospel: looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of the Great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ (Tit 2.13).
